Return Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the lashes must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.

 

Defective or Damaged Items:


If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to returns@papiyonlashes.com with the customer name, order number, and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 31 days from receipt date. Considering the items damaged or defective, the product will be replaced by Papiyon Lashes. If the item is addressed after 31 days the item is only eligible for store credit.

  • All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order and cost will be covered by Papiyon Lashes. We will not upgrade shipping service. Shipping service can only be upgraded with additional payment from customer.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include issuing a refund, replacement, or store credit.


Recieved Mistake Orders:

If your package is incomplete please send a photo of your entire order including the packing slip to returns@papiyonlashes.com within 10 days from delivery date. Once confirmed, the missing item(s) will replaced by us.

  • Shipping Cost will be covered by us. After the given timeframe Papiyon Lashes is subject to deny the mistake inquiry.

 

For Customer Remorse:
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product or they no longer want the item.
  • Please address your concern to returns@papiyonlashes.com with the customer name, order number, and photo of the product(s) within 31 days from receipt date. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Final Sale Items:

  • Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description for any exclusions.

Policy Changes:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify our return policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via our website or other relevant channels.
